We currently offer delivery within Morocco.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been prepared, we may contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm your delivery details before dispatch.

We currently deliver within Morocco only.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on your city and delivery address.
We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but please note that delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Morocco.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please prepare the full amount in cash and pay directly to the delivery person when your order arrives.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct. If we are unable to confirm your order or delivery details, your shipment may be delayed.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
Wakha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so that we can review the issue.
