We hope you love your Wakha products.
As our products include incense and scent-related items, we kindly ask you to read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of incense or scent-related products that have been opened, used, burned, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened incense products
- Used incense products
- Damaged items caused by customer handling
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 14 days.
Please note that the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
How to Request a Return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
